Mila Manajan, the Center’s Regulatory Affairs Administrator, has been with the OMC since 1994. Mila’s expertise in regulatory affairs has been honed by a 7-year experience with the Human Subject Protection Committee, Office for the Protection of Research Subjects of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Ms. Manajan is also the Director of Regulatory Affairs of ClinTrials Network, LLC since 2000. She also held the position of Regulatory Affairs Manager of OsNET, Inc., a growing network of 23 premier research centers across the United States, from its inception in 1995 up to 2001 when its headquarters moved to Florida.

Ms. Manajan graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry degree from the Philippines and was a Research Chemist at the Food and Nutrition Research Institute (FNRI), Department of Science and Technology (DOST) in Manila where she worked for 10 years on various metabolic studies sponsored by the National Institute of Health (NIH), World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI).
